CURRICULUM
The Master of Aerospace Engineering (MAE) is a multidisciplinary professional graduate degree for recent graduates as well as working professionals. The degree is offered by the William E. Boeing Department of Aeronautics & Astronautics. The MAE emphasizes applied skills and experience needed in industry and differs from the Master of Science in Aeronautics & Astronautics (MSAA), which emphasizes preparation for independent, academic research. The MAE is a terminal degree (does not lead to a PhD).

MAE program is scheduled to implement several significant updates effective Autumn 2013. As a result, degree requirements will vary depending on the term in which a student is admitted. Please visit the departments' website for detailed information on requirements for completing an MAE program.
